Spec
Size, tensile, color target, bag or jar artwork, and estimated annual volume.
Physical sample
We mold and pack a sample. You sign it. Mass production does not start from a PDF swatch.
Brand pack
Bags, distributor jars, mixed kits, and carton marks under your SKU after artwork approval.
Repeat lots
Later orders lock to the same head, color, and pack so purchasing is not re-qualifying each shipment.
What you actually buy
A repeatable part, not a one-off sample
- Part: width, length, tensile class, natural / black / custom color.
- Sample: a competitor part or your last approved lot shortens the loop.
- Brand: bag print, jar label, barcode, language, carton mark.
- Documents: current UL / CE / RoHS files with the RFQ — certificates policy.
